A: We offer a standard 12-month warranty for all our hardware products. During this period, we provide free repairs or replacements for any manufacturing defects.

A: Yes, we highly welcome OEM/ODM projects. We can customize the brand logo, packaging, software functions, and even redesign the PCBA according to your specific requirements.
Q5: What is the typical lead time for an order?
A: For sample orders or small batches (under 500 units), the lead time is usually 3-7 working days. For bulk orders or OEM projects, every customized IoT project is unique, but we provide baseline estimates for standard processes: Software-Only Customization (e.g., Protocol integration, firmware tweaks): Approximately 25 days. Full Hardware & Software Customization (e.g., PCBA redesign + firmware): Approximately 55 days.
